Red Velvet Brownies

I have brownies on the brain.  Check this video recipe out: Red Velvet Espresso Brownies... yes... you read that right.  She makes the brownies from scratch, but you can use a brownie mix if you'd like.  Then it's a cream cheese layer topped with more of the red velvet - oh boy, sounds GREAT to me!




 
What other red velvet treats have you made?  I am partial to little cupcakes I can pop in my mouth. :)
